Ich habe schon als Kind viel gezeichnet und das bis zum heutigen Tag behalten.  Die Figur und das menschliche Gesicht haben mich am meisten gefesselt. Auf der Deutschen Meisterschule für Mode wurde das gefördert durch Aktzeichnen, Portraits zeichnen und figürliches Zeichnen. Tiere waren immer wieder mein Thema, früher sehr naturalistisch dann eine Entwicklung Richtung impressionistisch. Schönheit, Eleganz und Ästhetik stets im Blick. Der Strich ist meine größte Stärke. Durch jahrzehntelange Übung habe ich eine Genauigkeit entwickelt, die es mir erlaubt sehr schnell und gezielt festzuhalten was ich ausdrücken möchte. Farben darauf anzuwenden mit einem schnellen, kräftigen Pinselstrich und dabei in rauschhafte Dimensionen vorzudringen beim Verschmelzen von Farbe und Strich ist meine ion.
