In 2016 he graduated from the St. Petersburg City Children’s Art School named after G.N. Antonov, St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2021, Konstantin finished the Foundation Year at the Syracuse Academy, Syracuse, Italy. In 2021, Konstantin entered the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Painting, Milan, Italy.

We live in boxes made of glass and concrete, we hide our emotions, behave strictly and formally, we say what we need to, but not what we really think and feel. We are afraid to be courageous and original, because society forces us to be “standard”, to hide our individuality. The creative career of Konstantin Lakstigal is a manifesto of the liberation of that repressed, but indestructible part of a real, living human nature that will always live inside of us.
