Franksan est un artiste photographe Français.
Son travail s’articule autour de deux univers artistiques complémentaires.
Le premier, intitulé Sprit, est un regard contemporain porté sur Tokyo et les grandes mégapoles.
Sprit est le souffle de la ville : un esprit diffus capté dans les textures, les lumières et les vibrations du quotidien urbain.
À travers l’architecture, l’atmosphère de rue et les détails graphiques, Franksan capte l’âme urbaine de Tokyo, sa ville de cœur, où il séjourne environ trois mois par an depuis 2005.
Le second univers explore les possibilités de la multi-exposition photographique.
Sans recours au montage numérique, Franksan compose directement avec son boîtier une fusion d’images instantanées, prises au même endroit et à quelques instants d’écart.
Cette démarche donne naissance à la série Metamorphose, débutée en 2020 à Miami, dans le quartier de Wynwood.
La ville y devient fluide, instable, presque spectrale : elle se déconstruit et se transforme en un langage visuel unique.
Depuis 2020, ses photographies grand format sont exposées dans des galeries et sur des foires d’art contemporain.
Technique :
Franksan n’utilise aucun logiciel de montage ou retouche.
Ses images sont créées en multi-exposition directe, en déclenchant plusieurs fois dans un même lieu tout en pivotant légèrement.
Le résultat : un tissage visuel de plusieurs instants sur un même fichier numérique.
