They simply hold a presence - radiant, unforgettable.
Dreaming of Love is one of those pieces.
She was created in a moment of stillness. A rare kind of peace that allows you to hear your own thoughts again. To feel something that had been waiting, gently, just beneath the surface.
This painting is a portrait of softness, strength, and all the in-between. It holds the kind of love that comes without conditions. The kind that shows up as stillness, as safety, as a sense of being seen.
She speaks to all forms of love - romantic, maternal, internal, eternal. To the moments when you feel deeply connected, even in silence. To the kind of love that doesn’t just fill a room, but lingers in it.
Rendered in rich oil over layered mixed media, every brushstroke in this piece was placed with intention. The bold flat strokes, the abstract fragments, the warmth in her gaze - each one designed to capture that intangible feeling of being fully held.
This is not just a painting to ire. It’s one to feel with. To pause in front of. To what love has looked like for you.
Dreaming of Love is for those who still believe in tenderness. For those who carry strength that looks like softness. And for anyone who knows that love doesn’t always arrive loudly… but when it does, it changes everything.
Let her live in your space as a quiet tribute to the love that shaped you - and the love you’re still becoming.
Somewhere between the precision of aerospace and the freedom of paint, I found my home.
I’m Geethu, a self-taught mixed media artist, author, teacher, and full-time aerospace engineer - living proof that a woman doesn’t have to choose between her ions, she can rise with all of them. My work is born from that belief. Every painting I create carries the tension between chaos and clarity, softness and strength, structure and soul.
I grew up in a world where dreams were often quieted, especially for girls. But I chose to listen to the louder voice inside me - the one that asked, what if you followed all of them?
So I did.
I became an engineer, not just by education but by love. I paint, not just by skill but by instinct. I teach thousands of artists around the world how to find their voice. And above all, I mother my son with the kind of courage I hope he’ll grow up ing. Not just the kind that works hard, but the kind that lives fully.
My paintings have sold across the world - from London exhibitions to collectors who tell me my art feels like something they’ve always known. I work mostly with layered textures, expressive brushwork, and deep emotional resonance. I don’t chase perfection. I chase truth. The kind that lives in the folds of memory, in the quiet power of being seen, in the colours that speak louder than words ever could.
This isn’t just about art. It’s about becoming.
And if my son ever asks what I did with my life, I want him to know this:
I didn’t wait for permission. I didn’t silence my longing. I built a life where I could be all of it: artist, engineer, dreamer, teacher, mother.
Because that’s what I want for him too.
A world where becoming everything you are isn’t just allowed, it’s celebrated.
