This young 19-year-old Norman artist reveals himself on murals, canvases and other emblematic media of a timeless era. In permanent connection with the past and questioning an uncertain future, he brings out primitive, sensual, human and often iconic forms.

GROOVY discovered drawing and graffiti as an autodidact at the age of ten. At first, he worked with pencil and felt-tip pens on series of letters in mixed techniques on his first "Books"; at this time, he developed his first stencils. Then the abandoned buildings and skate parks near his home became the s for his first outdoor frescoes.

It is on the axis of POP-ART that he constantly reinvents himself to surprise us in a range of acidulous colors.

Inscribed in a visual language from "New Realism", his work questions consumer society and is inspired by artists such as Andy Warhol and BANKSY. GROOVY reorganizes in a very synthetic way a dreamlike thought on various s from recovered objects in connection with free figuration.
