Hillel build on past experience, he attempts to eradicate previous habits of seeing and thinking. He keeps searching for what is visually new to his, while always hoping that a fusion of form and content will take place. His collages and painting is art that does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of a visual reality but instead use letters, shapes, colours, forms and gestural marks to achieve its effect. The works are seen as carrying a moral dimension, in that it can be seen to stand for virtues such as order, purity and simplicity. Hillel lives and works in Israel.
