Pour le glaçage qui recouvre le dessus du beignet, j'ai utilisé des nuances subtiles de rose, créant un effet de lumière et d'ombre qui donne une impression de brillance et de fraîcheur au glaçage. J'ai choisi avec soin la couleur rose, pour évoquer une douceur enfantine, un souvenir gourmand, et une certaine nostalgie.

Liz is an American figurative painter based in Paris, . She earned a bachelor's degree in drawing and painting from Georgia State University in Atlanta (United States). She continued her studies in New York at the Art Students League and the National Academy School of Fine Arts, focusing on classical drawing and painting. A recipient of the Newington Cropsey Foundation for the Arts Fellowship Program in Florence, Italy, Liz has studied the rich history of Renaissance art. After her studies, she taught painting at the Art Students League, the Art Center New York and in private lessons. In 2015, Liz was awarded the prestigious Elizabeth Greenshields Fellowship for Figurative Artists. She has participated in artist residencies in New York, Barcelona and Vietnam. His paintings have been exhibited in the United States, Canada, and Vietnam. Liz's commissioned portraits are held in many private collections. In 2020, Liz obtained a French artist visa and moved to Paris where she works in her studio in the 12th arrondissement. In addition to exhibiting her work, she currently teaches an online art mentorship program.
