Oleg Davydenko (1966)

Born in Pryluky, Ukraine. From 1983 to 1987 he studied at the Myrhorod Ceramic Technical School, Faculty: Art Ceramics. From 1989 to 1990 he worked at the Kokchetav Porcelain Factory (Kazakhstan) as an artist-designer. From 1990 to 1994 studied at the Lviv National Academy of Arts at the faculty of Art Ceramics, from 1994 to 1998 at the Faculty of Monumental and Decorative Painting. Teachers of the specialty: B. Davydenko, Y. Karmelyuk, S. Mysak, V. Pestich, V. Lypovy, Y. Dvornyk, I. Frank, M. Malavsky, M. Andrushchenko, M. Shymchuk, A. Maksymenko, L. Bear. Since 2010 a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine. Lives and works in Lviv. His works are in private collections in Ukraine, Austria, , Great Britain, USA.

Following traditions is not his choice. Oleg defines his creative priorities: "All forms have their meaning regardless of the plot, so every art seeks to become music, nothing but a form..." This approach contributes to the creation of abstract art and conceptual projects.Oleg is a bright representative of the Lviv school of painting, he stands out among the local artists.
