Vincit Omnia Vanitas est une série qui regroupe une partie des œuvres de Tarek consacrée aux Vanités, aux "Skull" et aux crânes dans des mises en scènes modernes. Durant une dizaine d'années, il a collé régulièrement des skulls customisés mis en couleur dans les villes où il se rendait… Les collages de Skulls ont été posés dans la rue en plein jour. Chaque objet peint était signé. Avant le collage, une photographie de l’objet était systématiquement prise dans un endroit avec un minimum de mise en scène. Villes où des collages ont été effectués : (Agen, Arras, Bourges, Chauny, Gentilly, Ivry-sur-Seine, Laval, Lorient, Lurcy-Levis, Marseille, Merlieux, Montrouge, Moulins, Niederbronn, Pacé, Paris, Puteaux, Rennes, Saint-Malo, Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen et Valenciennes), Athènes, Bruxelles, Montréal, New York et Rabat.
